Who am I?
What is this?
All is impersonal.
Nothing belongs to you and nothing belongs to me.
All is empty of yours, mine, ours and me.
Things are never really yours and things are never really mine.
They were never really yours and they were never really mine.
This is the 'emptiness' and freedom of all things.
Body, form, feelings, touch, sense organs, skin, hair, blood, sinews, breath, breathing.
Nose, ears, eyes, mouth, tongue, body, mind, moods, feelings, emotions, expression.
Heat, cold, wet, dry, tight, loose, strong, weak, quick, slow, smooth, rough, soft, hard.
These things are never really yours and they are never really mine.
Nothing belongs to you and nothing belongs to me.
No yours and no mine.
Touch, hearing, seeing, feeling, sights, sounds, taste, smell, senses, thinking, cognition, thought.
Youth, vigour, attraction, growth, health, adulthood, fatigue, sickness, decay, old age, death.
Pleasure, pain, passion, lust, repulsion, craving, despair, obsession, disdain, love, hate, desire.
All these so-called things are never really yours and they are never really mine.
Nothing here is really yours and nothing here is really mine.
No yours. No mine. No ours. No theirs.
Guilt, shame, blame, embarrassment, stupidity, disappointment, unhappiness, happiness.
All is impersonal.
Mind, thoughts, thinking, mental formations, impressions, images, emotions, feelings, moods.
Ideas, views, opinions, beliefs, appearances, concepts, preferences, conclusions.
Dreams, memories, visions, wants, desires, impulses, urges, hopes, fears.
Mind-consciousness, intellect, cognition, awareness, intelligence, knowledge, behaviour.
All these so-called things are never yours and they are never mine.
They do not belong to you and they do not belong to me.
No yours and no mine.
Nothing here is really yours and nothing here is really mine.
It all belongs to no one. It is all empty.
It is all impersonal.
This is the 'emptiness' of all things.
This is the freedom of all things.
Nothing belongs to you and nothing belongs to me.
It never really belonged to you and it never really belonged to me.
It is all empty of me, yours, ours and mine.
This is the 'emptiness' and freedom of all things.
These so-called things are never really yours and they are never really mine.

This is the freedom of all things.
Possessions, sense objects, forms, creations, phenomena, constructs, the world, existence.
Money, fame, wealth, status, position, authority, power, name, titles, so-called others.
Gains, losses, success, failure, rewards, disappointments, achievements, rules, wins.
All expressions, constructs and forms of becoming, being and existence.
These things are never really yours and these things are never really mine.
Family, friends, fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, peers, ancestors.
Lovers, partners, acquaintances, fantasies, brief encounters, those imagined, those forgotten.
Teachers, gurus, leaders, rulers, Buddhas, followers, new, old, ancient.
It is all impersonal.
It all belongs to no one.
Beginnings, endings.
Hours, days, weeks, months, years, decades, lifetimes.
Today, yesterday, tomorrow, the present, the past, the future.
Time, space, existence, worlds, realms, borders, dimensions.
Above, below, inside, outside, near, far, wide, high, low.
Birth, becoming, being, cognition, ageing, health, sickness, decay, dying, death.
All these so-called things do not belong to you and they do not belong to me.
They never belong to you and they never belong to me.
They are never really yours and they are never really mine.
They were never yours and they were never mine.
It is all impersonal.
It all belongs to no one.
No yours. No mine. No ours. No theirs.
This is the 'emptiness' of all things.
This is the freedom of all things.
Oceans, land, borders, skies, sun, moon, space, stars, the universe, galaxies.
North, south, east, west, all directions, dawn, dust.
The elements, water, air, fire, earth, light, ether, darkness, materials.
Creation, destruction, creatures, animals, countries, humans, angels, demons, gods.
Forms, situations, circumstances, conditions, contradictions, expressions, dramas.
Impermanent and empty are all these so-called things.
Freedom is their true nature.
This 'emptiness' is their true essence.
Nothing really belongs to you and nothing really belongs to me.
Nothing is yours and nothing is mine.
It is all empty of yours, mine, ours and me.
No yours. No mine. No ours. No theirs.
It all belongs to no one.
It is only the mistaken assumption, belief and view of a fooled and deluded mind.
It is only ignorance that makes us think that these so-called things and appearances are yours or mine.
It is all transitory and impermanent.
It is all empty of yours, mine, ours and me.
It is all impersonal.
It all belongs to no one.
All things, constructs and appearances are marked and conditioned by impermanence.
This is the 'emptiness' and true nature of all so-called things, expressions, creations and forms
It is only ignorance that makes us think that these so-called things and appearances are yours or mine.
Nothing belongs to you and nothing belongs to me.
It is all 'emptiness'.
Only 'emptiness'.
And this enduring 'emptiness' is our free, eternal and boundless nature, essence and identity.
This is the true essence and freedom of reality, identity and existence.
Only 'emptiness' alone is.
Only this 'emptiness' is real and permanent.
All else is illusion.
Only this 'emptiness' endures.
Only this 'emptiness' is real.
All else is impermanent and unreal - only this enduring 'emptiness' is eternal.
This 'emptiness' alone is and all is this 'emptiness'.
You, yours, ours, mine and me.
Absolute!
All things appear in 'emptiness', are made of 'emptiness' and are born in 'emptiness'.
Are sustained in 'emptiness', remain in 'emptiness', never leaving 'emptiness'.
Die in 'emptiness', return to 'emptiness', are lost to 'emptiness'.
Disappear to 'emptiness', having never left 'emptiness' and having always been 'emptiness'.
All things, forms and creations always remain as this 'emptiness'.
This 'emptiness' alone is.
This 'emptiness' is the source and essence of all things, expressions, creations and appearances.
All things and expressions are this enduring 'emptiness'.
This 'emptiness' alone is.
Forms and appearances come and go.
Births and deaths come and go.
Beginnings and ends come and go.
Constructs and concepts come and go.
Ideas and ideals come and go.
Views and opinions come and go.
Moments and situations come and go.
Lifetimes come and go.
Worlds come and go.
Expressions come and go.
Events come and go.
And yet this 'emptiness' remains as it is.
Free, ever-present, immaculate, pure, unchanged and limitless.
All is this one supreme 'emptiness'.
This enduring, inexhaustible and ever-present 'emptiness' alone is.
This is the true nature of reality, identity and existence.
This is true freedom.
All is impersonal.
Nothing belongs to you and nothing belongs to me.
All is empty of yours, mine, ours and me.
No yours. No mine. No ours. No theirs.

This esoteric blog is directly dedicated to my earthly mother 'Rita' who transitioned on the 12th December 2021. A truly selfless, kind, beautiful, spiritual and loving embodied soul, friend, teacher and mother.
*My only sole intention here is to remind us all that we are all spirit first, the rest is dressing.
Even these writings and works are simply dressing, but they do point to what calls to us all.
All Making Our Way Home
"Here we all are by the loving power, beauty and grace of God alone.
Only God and God alone.
Forever am I at God's mercy should I live, prosper, fail, succeed, rise, fall, remain or die. Only with God's inexhaustible and on-going loving grace and beauty do we all exist and have existence and yet foolishly this is so easily forgotten, ignored and abused by clouded, misguided and fooled minds.
'This enduring and ever-present 'emptiness' that I speak of and point to is the one true source and essence of all things, creations, appearances, expressions, constructs and forms - the Giver, the Receiver and the one true Sustainer.
In this conclusion of reality and existence we are all spirit first.
For me, we all only exist and have existence because of God's on-going loving and giving grace alone. This ever-present 'emptiness' and freedom is the one inexhaustible source and essence of all things, creations, appearances, expressions, moments, constructs, contradictions and forms. It alone is.
All constructs, expressions and appearances exist by the grace and beauty of God alone.
They were never yours and they are never mine. To live, to prosper, to fail, to succeed, to rise, to fall, to die, to become, to be, these were never yours and they were never mine. They are all selfless.
It is all impersonal.
It is this enduring, inexhaustible and ever-present 'emptiness' that unites and binds us all. It is the one true source and essence of all things, expressions, constructs, contradictions and creations.
Only God and God alone.
Only this highest knowledge on the truth of Reality, Identity and Existence alone can set us free of all that mistakenly separates, harms, limits, threatens, fools, binds and divides us.
Regardless of an individual's appearance, choices, behaviour, actions, beliefs, religion, opinions, atheism, views, status, position, role, needs, wants, demands, expectations, their individual worldly persona and social and cultural preferences, principles and standards we are all of one boundless, inexhaustible, immaculate and ever-present source and essence, spirit - Absolute!
Only God is real! God alone is and all its expressions are referenced here as, spirit.
Only this Self-knowledge of oneness alone can fully unite us in the respect and love of our differences."

I am 'emptiness'. All is 'emptiness'. 'Emptiness' is all.
Form is 'emptiness'. Only 'emptiness'. 'Emptiness' is form'.

* additional reflective note: it is a genuine challenge to adequately communicate one's experience and conclusions on the true nature and freedom of reality, identity and existence and not to feel one has somehow failed in these attempts to be genuinely sincere and exact to the overall message that one seeks to capture and express in words. I find it is far better expressed in silence.
I feel it is always important and necessary that we all investigate these spiritual and philosophical findings and conclusions for ourselves, as I too was continuously encouraged and directed to do.
Reality looking at reality, looking into reality and experience and finding the one Self and Reality that is all expressions, faces and constructs regardless of appearances and behaviour. For me, this is the truth that sets us free and makes us realise that we are always whole, free and complete as we are.
I would also say to you, do not get caught up with any vocal or visual displays of intellectual philosophical babble and spiritual posturing that might show up in this social media world. What is presented here, when intimately and genuinely discovered or realised, will only be met with an ever-present expansive silence and stillness in the end.
` No self-importance or spiritual posturing needed.
In this enduring silence and stillness all things, forms and expressions are freely recognised, honoured, respected and loved as the one Self. Only the Self alone is and all is this Self.
No spiritual or philosophical babble or posturing needed. No needed attention to who we are or were. All is enough. More than enough. No need for us to become or be anything to fully express this Truth. It continuously radiates and embodies itself freely in all things, expressions and constructs.
If I have failed you in any way to convincingly and clearly present and communicate this truth of reality, identity and existence then I am sorry.
It is only a genuine attempt to serve, love and honour Truth as it is.
- The Clarity of the Impersonal Self -
All the selves that we think we are or endeavour to become and be must eventually die and end to us in order for us to directly and intimately realise and know the true Impersonal Self that we all are.
This includes the so-called seeking self, the realised self, the attained self and the so-called proclaimed spiritual and awakened self. Even the so-called proclaimed loving self, the compassionate self, the higher self, the selfless self and so too with the so-called Buddha.
All the multiple, diverse and different vast and endless concepts, ideas and expressions of self; be they the sinner, the saint; the beggar, the king, the queen, the guru, the devotee, the leader, the follower and all realms and worlds, imagined and known. All must psychologically die to us.
Then and only then will the ultimate truth of existence, identity and reality radiate and shine to us directly and clearly like the sun on a blissful and immaculate cloudless day.
Ever-present, free and enduring.
